EK Homes is part of a larger legacy that began in 1997 with the manufacturing of substructure materials, including stone quarry products, ready-mix concrete, and aerocon blocks.
By 2004, this foundation grew into EK Infrastructure, a certified engineering contractor delivering national highway and public infrastructure projects across South India.
In 2011, EK Homes was formed to bring the same engineering precision into residential and commercial development, focusing on premium apartments and villa plots in Chennai and key locations across South India.
Under the leadership of our Managing Director, Jeffrine Santosh, an architect with a forward-looking approach, EK Homes shifted towards design-led, community-driven residential spaces.
Today, we continue to combine innovation with integrity, creating functional, sustainable projects built to last, reinforcing our position as a trusted real estate developer in Chennai.
